This total interior rehab demands a very high rent in an up and coming Delaware River town in Bucks County that many have overlooked. We found the home after it sat on the market for almost an entire year! Why? Because it was priced much too high. Our research indicated that we had a chance to steal this one out from under investors who assumed the price made no sense. But at $30k under asking price, it made a lot of sense. Both rents and home values are going up in some of these towns at a nice pace with much more room for growth and we continue to source and buy properties for our clients who are open to buying in places they never heard of.
